ORDATECH SDN.BHD. is a young Malaysian company, originating from a maternity company in Russia. Founded as a family business, it has developed into the leading manufacturing company of polyamide extrusion and metal processing products for gardening and household.
Decades of expertise and experience allow us to scale our success in own production and look for the new regions to base and implement our skills. Our strong team of engineers and technologists is ready to perform any tasks related to manufacturing of polyamide and metal products — from product development and manufacturing to machines construction.

Polyamide extrusion products

Trimmer line

ORDATECH trimmer line is manufactured from 100% polyamide. To ensure high quality and durability, we don’t add any extraneous cost-reducing impurities (polypropylene, recycled materials) to the products.

It’s not a secret that the process and result of grass cutting depends not only on the trimmer, but also on the trimmer line. One trimmer line type copes with burdock but tears up lawn grass, another — cuts young vegetation perfectly evenly, but is not suitable for dry grass.

ORDATECH produces high-quality grass trimmer line for cutting grass all year round. A fully automatic modern high-power production line allows us to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time. Our professional team of engineers and technologists satisfies customers’ needs according to specified technical details, type of packaging, color, sizes and shapes. ORDATECH manages OEM orders, providing individual design and even a brand-book development, if required.

Trimmer line shape

Round is suitable for cutting young grass with a low-powered cordless or electric trimmer. It is even in texture and cuts smoothly. However, it creates a high level of noise during operation and is not suitable for thick-stemmed and dry grass.

Square is perfect for cultivating tall and dried grass. Together with a medium or high-power trimmer, you can take care of a garden of 10 hectares or an urban park. Allows you to mow eﬃciently due to the sharp angles. At the same time, it cuts the stems evenly and does not crush them.

Star shape is excellent for dry grass, shrubs, young raspberry shoots. It has angled sharp edges. One of the most popular trimmer line types among our customers.

Triangle is suitable for fresh lawns and thick grass. It has similar advantages to the round one, but due to its special shape it can mow not only lawns, but also weeds. Cutting with this cord will be more eﬃcient.

Trimmer line form

Straight (standart) is universal, easily unwinds from the reel, does not waste for a long time.

Twisted is a heavy-duty type, suitable for dry grass, creates low mowing noise.

ORDATECH manufactures both standard nylon trimmer line and reinforced trimmer line.

All our trimmer line is strong, lightweight, abrasion resistant.

Reinforced trimmer line has a metal core inside. This gives the cord density and long service time — thus improving mowing quality. Suitable for the removal of overgrown shrubs with powerful trimmers, it is mainly used by public utility workers for landscaping streets, parks, squares, yards and roadside areas.

Construction fiber

ORDATECH SDN. BHD. is a manufacturer of a polyamide construction fiber, used as structural reinforcement in concrete and shotcrete. Polyamide fiber significantly improves concrete ductility and toughness. Unlike steel fibers, that are corrosive and gravitated, polyamide fiber reinforces every part of the concrete structure, front to back and top to bottom, leaving no vulnerable unreinforced concrete cover.
